“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”

The short and sweet-
Raised in the picturesque Pacific Northwest, I grew up loving everything outdoors, including capturing the beauty of nature through a lens. I spent my early 20s enlisted in the Navy, where I was able to travel to different states and witness the diverse beauty each one had to offer. More recently, I moved to Grove City, PA, leaving behind the salty breeze and breathtaking marshes of Savannah, GA, to start a new life on my small farm with my one-year-old son. I will miss the beaches dearly but am excited to finally live out my childhood dreams on my small farm with my many animals and son.
The long and personal-
If you're reading this then you're probably interested in learning a bit more about me! Let me start by sharing a few fun facts. I was born in Romania and moved to the US with my family at 4 years old. I still understand Romanian fluently, but I speak it very broken (Sorry mom and dad). I grew up in Washington state my entire life until enlisting.
I’m the oldest of 5 kids! 3 sisters and 1 brother. I was the first and so far, the only one to enlist in the military. I will always cherish my time in the Navy as a Hospital Corpsman. I built friendships, family, and memories to look back on forever.
Once I got out, I purchased a cute little farm in Grove City, PA. I raise and breed registered Mini Nubians. Fun fact, most of my goats are named after designer brands. What can I say? I live on a farm but I’m still a girly-girl at heart. I also have a lot of chickens (You’ll hear me refer to them as “my girls”), turkeys, ducks, and a goose. Another fun fact… My birds are all named after celebrities or movie/show characters. Let’s not forget my old boy “Wes”, a gorgeous and gentle Haflinger that you will see in some pictures in my portfolio, as well as my son’s mini “Winnie”.
Growing up, I had dreams of different career paths (Farmer, Veterinarian, Nurse, Paramedic, Social worker, Firefighter). Needless to say, photography was not one that I expected to pursue! But here I am.
Wondering how I got here?
It started with me purchasing myself a Canon EOS R100 for Mother’s Day. I wanted to be able to take better quality pictures than my iPhone of my son and our adventures. I knew nothing about photography. “Why do I need different lenses? What is aperture, F-Stop, and ISO? And how do I edit these pictures???”. I was determined to learn more. The more I learned the more in-love with photography I fell. I started carrying my camera in the car with me, just in case I ran into picture opportunities. I was hooked. I started investing in better lenses, better camera, and other equipment. I built a studio in my new house and offered free photoshoots to family and friends.
Nowadays I’m a mom, photographer, and farmer and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Why work with me?
Have you ever heard the saying, "Stop focusing on capturing the moment; instead, be present and enjoy it"? I remember hearing this often when I would try to take pictures with my phone. However, I also remember the feeling of not having pictures to look back on, longing for a glimpse into the past to relive the emotions of those moments.
As we age, our memories of important or special moments can fade. This is why pictures are important—they capture the feelings and emotions of a moment, allowing us to revisit them forever.
I strive to make my clients as happy and comfortable as possible during sessions. While I will guide you with poses and prompts, my ultimate goal is for you to forget the camera is there and to live in the moment. I will capture that moment for you, providing a cherished memory to look back on.
